• GUARANTEE
Quality UPC guarantees the uniqueness and accuracy of all barcodes. Should barcodes be found duplicated from a previously issued barcode, customer is entitled to a 100% refund.

• COPYRIGHTS
The entire content included in this Site, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, interfaces, or code and the selection and arrangements thereof is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Quality UPC, LLC. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Quality UPC. Copyright 2009. All rights reserved.

• TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a Quality UPC, LLC product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Quality UPC, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Quality UPC, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Quality UPC, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

• CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Quality UPC, LLC is selling complete rights of the UPC numbers to the purchaser. Any unauthorized, unlawful or fraudulent use of the assigned number or prefix, including but not subject to reselling, recycling, or duplication will result in legal action. Once a UPC barcode is assigned and e-mailed, no refunds will be made, except if it lies under the conditions of the guarantee. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quality UPC, its shareholders, owners, members, directors and employees, and their successors and assigns from any and all legal claims arising out of this Agreement and Customer's use of the assigned numbers, including, but not limited to, product liability claims, criminal prosecution, and retailer punitive fines.

All purchasers hereby, understand and agree that QualityUPC LLC's UPC's may not be accepted for use with all retailers. These retailers include but are not limited to Wal-Mart, Macy's, and Kroger Family Grocery Stores (including Fred Meyer). QualityUPC, LLC, will not be held liable or refund your purchase of goods or services for failure of any third-party acceptance.

• PAYMENT METHODS
Quality UPC uses paypal, the most trusted leader in online payments.

• EMAIL DELIVERY POLICY
If your order is placed during our operating business hours of 9am-5pm M-F MST, same day email delivery applies. If you place your order during our non operating hours, please expect email delivery within 48 hours or less.

• SHIPPING POLICY
Quality UPC accepts orders online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Quality UPC accepts orders over the phone M-F 9am-5pm (MST). If your order is placed before 3 PM (MST) Monday-Friday we will make every effort to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM (MST) will ship the next business day. Quality UPC does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All items will be shipped USPS priority mail.

• ARTISTIC BARCODE LEGAL LIABILITY
QualityUPC LLC shall not be liable for readability issues caused by alterations to a designed barcode made subsequent to the delivery of the finished barcode to the customer. QualityUPC LLC shall not be held liable for readability errors caused by the failure of the purchaser to ensure that packaging is designed in accordance with barcode standards, including but not limited to leaving sufficient blank space on the left and right sides of the barcode to protect against readability errors. Designed Barcodes are tested against white backgrounds only. Printing on non-white backgrounds may affect the readability of the barcode. QualityUPC LLC shall not be liable for readability issues arising when the background of the design barcode is any color other than white. QualityUPC LLC shall not be liable for any source marking errors which affect readability.

• AMAZON RESELLERS TERMS
QualityUPC complies with Amazon's barcode rules and regulations although, we highly recommend that you also confirm the most current information with Amazon.

QualityUPC strongly recommends test-scanning any UPC code prototype produced by your manufacturing facility before going into mass production.
